Nina is a Brazilian artist who moved to Europe in 2018, entering a new chapter in her life and career. She has a bachelor in Interior Design and worked for more than 13 years in Fashion and Textile Design, fulfilling her passion for prints and patterns.

As a surface designer searching to expand her practice, she took on skin as a canvas and the body as a form of expression. After a period meditating in India, she felt the need to keep evolving her artistic side along with her spiritual path, allowing ninimalismo to be created.

Nina's desire always been to use art as a tool to connect with herself and others in a deeper way. She chose to work with symbols because she believes that they are the language of the subconscious mind, which is the source of creativity, intuition, inspiration, inner knowing and spirituality.

 

Besides the challenge of being a tattoo artist itself, she is always trying to explore new placements, sizes, designs as well as techniques such as free hand, which allow her work to move with fluidity in harmony with the body.
